Villa Nyåker encompasses a 185m² single-storey wooden villa built in 2015 and a two-storey sauna building renovated in 2020. There is a small, sandy beach with a deep clay seabed, a quay and pontoons for three boats. The water is approx. 1.5m deep.

MAIN VILLA 185 m²

Villa Nyåker features a living room (TV) and kitchen, 4 bedrooms with one or two beds in each, an (electric) sauna and washroom with 2 showers/WC, a utility room (washing machine and tumble-dryer), a separate WC, a lounge and a sauna terrace for cooling off. Wi-Fi internet. Underfloor heating throughout the villa. The villa has spacious bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Large barbecue shelter with a gas-powered barbecue outside. The beach is approx. 100m from the villa.

There is a direct view to the sea from the villa’s living room, one of the bedrooms, and the sauna. The villa also has a large terrace facing the sea, with access from the living room, lounge and utility room. There are swimming stairs on the quay for you to take a dip in the sea. The beach is completely sheltered.

The separate seaside sauna is cosy with unobstructed sea views. The sauna is approx. 20m from the sea. The sauna building has a separate WC, a shower in the sauna, and underfloor heating throughout the lower floor. There are loudspeakers outside and in the sauna for music. There is a terrace space in front of the sauna for cooling off. The seaside sauna has a separate dressing room/bedroom. 3 additional beds upstairs in the shoreside sauna during the summer.

The large plot of land is bordered by a small sandy beach and an approx. 200m shorefront area, and to the rear of the plot there is a road, where traffic can get rather busy during the summer. Entrance to the plot is closed off by boom barriers.  There is also a separate, large barbecue shelter with a gas-powered barbecue.

A high-quality catering service is available for advance bookings / a separate fee. A chef and waiter are also available to work at the villa. Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. Please see additional services.

SAUNA BUILDING 30 m²

A two-storey outdoor sauna on the seafront, due to be renovated in 2020.

1st floor. Outdoor sauna with wooden stove, shower and separate WC. Underfloor heating. Direct sea views from the sauna. Bedroom/dressing room with 2 beds. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave.

2nd floor. Sleeping area for 3 persons during the summer. Direct sea views.
